1. What BlastAds does
BlastAds helps you create and submit advertising campaigns to social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok and X. We act as an intermediary that prepares, reviews and places your ads.
2. No guaranteed results
We do not and cannot guarantee any specific outcome — including a particular number of views, clicks, messages, leads or sales. Advertising performance depends on many factors outside our control, including the platforms' own delivery systems, your creative, and market conditions.
3. Ad review & approval
Every campaign is reviewed before it is placed. We may request changes or reject any ad that does not meet our guidelines or the rules of the advertising platforms. Submission of a campaign does not guarantee it will run. All campaigns are additionally subject to approval by the advertising platforms themselves.
4. Prohibited content
You may not submit ads that are illegal, misleading, hateful, or that promote weapons, illicit drugs, counterfeit goods, scams, or other prohibited categories. Such ads will be rejected and may result in account suspension.
5. Payment & fees
You pay your chosen ad budget plus a service fee shown clearly before checkout. Payments are handled by our payment partners. Refunds for un-spent budget are handled case by case.
6. Your responsibilities
You confirm that you own or have the rights to the content you upload, and that your ad is truthful and complies with applicable laws.
7. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of BlastAds means you accept the latest version.
